Town of Prosper Utility Customer Service

Fee disclosures:  A 3.00% processing fee ($2.00 minimum) is added to all credit/debit card payments.  A $1.95 processing fee is added to all E-check payments.

The zip code entered for a debit or credit card payment must match the card's billing address zip code.

If you were previously enrolled in automatic monthly bank draft, your enrollment will continue, and your do not need to re-enroll in automatic payments.  Please note that your bank draft status will not be displayed in the online payment portal.

Due to a software upgrade, customers who were previously set up for automatic credit/debit card draft draft will need to re-register in orer to continue having payments processed from their credit/debit card.
